ku33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ku33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ku33 website, its games, betting markets, promotional offers and related services (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing the ku33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

ku33 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page with the date of last revision noted above.

Use of the ku33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while their Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. ku33 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or terminated by ku33 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any national or voluntary self-exclusion scheme applicable to you.

ku33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

To access real-money games and betting markets on ku33, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and to which you have sole access. This number serves as your primary login credential and account recovery identifier.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. ku33 will never ask for your password by telephone, chat or email.
• You must notify ku33 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• ku33 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your Account or any funds held therein to any third party.

ku33 may, at its absolute discretion, refuse to open an Account, suspend an existing Account, or terminate an Account at any time, with or without cause, subject to settling any undisputed balance owed to the Player in accordance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on the ku33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported mobile financial services. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day as communicated in your Account dashboard.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification checks before processing.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ku33 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile payment network.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the ku33 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ku33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction that is flagged for review, including requesting source-of-funds documentation before releasing withdrawal payments.

ku33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your Account.

ku33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ku33 may set maximum bet limits on play while bonus funds are active. Exceeding the stated maximum bet during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless ku33 explicitly states that combination is permitted for a specific promotion.
• ku33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including cancelling a promotion for a specific Player if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Any winnings generated through the use of a Welcome Bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn from the Account.

All bets and gaming sessions on the ku33 platform are governed by the following rules. These rules apply in addition to any game-specific rules provided by the game supplier:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ku33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where required by applicable law or in the event of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, ku33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's Account balance.
• All live casino games use random number generation (RNG) or physical live dealing processes certified by independent testing laboratories. Results are final and not subject to appeal based on claimed unfairness of outcome alone.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to wagering.

ku33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that were opened in error, that contain incorrect odds, or that were placed after the official result of a sporting event was already known. Cricket betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other tournaments are governed by the specific market rules published within the Sports Betting section.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances (including deposits, winnings and bonuses), and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one ku33 Account, including creating a new Account after a previous Account has been terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, simulate gameplay, exploit RNG patterns or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes or sporting event results for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or any other interaction with ku33, including misrepresenting your age or identity.

All content on the ku33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, page layouts, user interfaces and software code — is the property of ku33 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the ku33 platform without the prior written consent of ku33. Any unauthorised use of ku33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

ku33 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at all times on the ku33 platform.

All data transmissions between your device and the ku33 platform are encrypted using SSL technology. ku33 does not sell personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purpose of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations and improving the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku33 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of Account funds resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, including loss due to unauthorised third-party access enabled by the Player's own negligence.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by third-party infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest or government-imposed restrictions.
• Indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Services, even if ku33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ku33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ku33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. Notice of changes to these Terms will be provided by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ku33 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request closure of your Account by contacting ku33 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ku33 operates. ku33 is committed to resolving disputes with Players fairly and promptly.

In the event of a dispute, Players should contact ku33 customer support in the first instance at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. ku33 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, further escalation routes will be communicated to the Player at that time.
